Kayak Polo

INTENSE, FUN AND WET FIGHT

Exciting and fun activity that requires both balance, coordination and communication, while at the same time having fun and challenging yourself.

Kayak polo is a wet activity where two teams of three active rowers and two reserves fight to score goals against each other. Our kayaks are suitable for the purpose as they are not very long, which makes them more maneuverable and easier to control in the water. For safety reasons, some of the active rowers must be carried home.

WHO HAS THE BEST REFLEXES?

When it comes to shooting down flying clay pigeons, it is not only important to have quick reflexes, but also to have focus and self-discipline to achieve the ultimate precision.

Clay pigeon shooting is a sport that requires preparation and dedication, and that is exactly what makes it so exciting and challenging.

But fear not, because we make sure everyone is well prepared before we start shooting. We start by introducing you to the weapon and teaching you how to handle it safely. Then we practice on both fixed and flying targets, so you can feel safe and secure in your shooting skills.

When you're ready, it's time to compete against each other and see who can score the most hits. The competition can be either as a team or individually, and there will be several types of shotguns to choose from.

Adventure Track

PUT INHIBITIONS INTO PLAY AND STRENGTHEN THE SPIRIT

It requires a joint effort to complete this off-road race, which is full of exciting challenges and the opportunity to let go of all inhibitions and get really dirty.

We select a natural area with hilly terrain, where the chance of getting both wet and dirty is very high. In addition, there are a lot of built-in obstacles that test the participants' abilities to crawl, balance, crawl under and jump over as well as to overcome laid-out elements.

This is what characterizes Adventure Track, which is a modern off-road race where we take nature's own obstacles as well as some brought exercises into the running route.

The race is run as a team relay, where the participants take turns completing the route, which provides a good opportunity for the team to work with strategic considerations in relation to optimizing the result.

The length and design of the race is organized so that everyone has the opportunity to participate and so that each participant can decide the level themselves.

Command Trail

Put the strength ratio to the ultimate test

When the physical pressure becomes too great, the sheep are separated from the goats and only the best complete the ultimate trials in the Commando Trial.

During training, elite soldiers are exposed to a wide range of grueling tasks that must test their abilities under pressure. The tasks are most often associated with physical effort, which requires a great deal of mental energy to complete.

Commando Trial is a challenging rope ride where we test the participants' personal brute strength, ability to think tactically and act quickly as well as function as a team. We have collected some of the best and most strenuous tasks which include rafters, rope courses, rubber boats, shopping lanes and lots of dirt under the nails.

Therefore test your skills as elite soldiers and be challenged on both strength and unity. All in a fun and not least physical way.

Hardball Target

HE WHO SHOOTS FIRST LIVES LONGEST

The pursuit of the opponent is the biggest motivating factor, but the fear of being shot yourself is at least as great.

Hardball Target is an intense shooting game where participants must fight each other on a set course. You use gas-powered automatic weapons that shoot plastic bullets. It can be felt when you are shot and it therefore seems quite natural to avoid it.

The game itself is about choosing the right strategy and taking down the opponent first.

You will work as a team and must together find the optimal use of physics, weapons and ammunition as well as organize the effort so that the enemy can be defeated with the least possible losses. The chosen strategy will be decisive for the outcome and it is therefore important that the participants make a good plan.

All players will be equipped with their own weapon and safety equipment and it will all be controlled by a match referee.

Kayak Race

FUN RACE ON THE WATER

Challenging kayak competition, where the participants take turns to complete a race on the water. It is about completing without errors and in the shortest possible time.

The participants are divided into teams and must work together during implementation. The course is laid out in the form of buoys, which must be passed in a specific order.

The participants on each team must therefore take turns completing the course and it is thus not only about strength, but to a large extent about laying down the right strategy and utilizing resources optimally.

All participants get the opportunity to paddle, but also act as helpers when the crew has to be changed. It's about being the best as a team, avoiding mistakes and giving it gas with the paddle.

Leading Edge

HOW FAR WILL YOU GO FOR YOUR TEAM

Through unfamiliar and sometimes difficult to access terrain, the participants are challenged as teams with tasks that require cooperation, creativity and, not least, leadership. Pressed by time, physical and mental barriers, situations will arise where the true face of the team shows itself.

Leading Edge is an intense team building course where we involve the team as it is. We initially give the participants some basic skills around navigation, rescue and utilization of available resources.

The group is then moved to a location that is a good distance from the final destination, from where they must carry out a rescue task that will bring them safely to their destination. Along the way, the team will experience tension, conflicts, challenges and frustrations by having to solve some apparently impossible and time-bound tasks. Everyone participates in solving the tasks and great demands are placed on the effort.

The group's efforts are continuously evaluated and there may be a redistribution of roles if they do not meet the requirements or it turns out that their skills are not being utilized optimally.

It is about showing initiative and the will to succeed as a unit and under certain conditions where the team is under pressure both as a group and as individuals. Along the way, there will be a need for individuals to step into character and motivate the group to keep going.

The tasks that the participants have to solve will be based on real incidents in disaster areas, where resourcefulness and a pragmatic approach to the situation are decisive for the result.

Memory Quest

MORE BRAINS PROVIDE MORE OPPORTUNITIES

The brain is an extremely sharp tool when we use it correctly. But how do you fully utilize capacity when it comes to being at your best under pressure. We train the participants to use each other's memory as one unit.

Memory Quest is a training activity based on tactical military principles where each team is forced to utilize their collective mental capacities to achieve the best result.

From the beginning, the participants are given an insight into how elite troops work and utilize their mental capacities to solve extreme tasks that sound impossible to ordinary people. We introduce the participants to simple and effective learning methods and train them to quickly acquire knowledge and store it in memory.

The participants must then, in teams, study a map with several marked points for a very short time, after which the map is removed. It is then the team's task to lay out a strategy for how they will remember and find each point in reality; that is, whether they can remember the locations by sharing knowledge and memory.

The task is timed and they only have 120 minutes. Before then, the team must return with as many found coordinates as possible. If they do not manage it within the time limit, it costs in the overall result.

The course is mentally challenging; in that the participants must find effective methods to remember locations on the coordinates as well as the observations they make at each location.

Navigator GPS Challenge

STRATEGY AND THE LOGIC OF A FOUNDER

Modern technology and the logic of a pathfinder, as well as tasks that require knowledge and cooperation, is what we have brought together in an exciting concept that everyone can take part in.

The Navigator GPS Challenge is about finding and solving tasks that require the participants to cooperate and utilize their abilities within logic, preparedness and creativity.

From the start, we give the participants thorough instructions on how to use the GPS system, after which they must devise a strategy to find and solve the tasks and reach the goal within the time limit.

When everyone is at the finish line, we choose the best team based on the time used, the distance traveled and the ability to solve the tasks.
