The Black Link

EFFECTIVE BUILDING OF NEW RELATIONSHIPS

Make the internal relationships visible with a unique team building concept, which will certainly give the participants an experience out of the ordinary.

The Black Link is an impressive composition of team-based tasks, where the participants themselves help to create the experience. All spiced up with illuminating effects. Along the way, the participants get to know each other better and see how each of them is connected through personal relationships.

With the lights off and only the light from ultraviolet lamps, we thus create a completely unique image of the interconnections between the participants, among other things by using white gloves and fluorescent materials.

The exercises will make visible which key persons are among the participants. Eg. who has the most relationships with each other and how much they really know about each other. All in a fun and inspiring way.

We also play with the demographic composition of the participants. Among other things, they get a strong visual picture of how they are made up, compared to the general population. In practice, they have to decide on a series of questions, based on fun statistical information, and then position themselves physically in relation to them.

We then look at the personal characteristics that the participants have. They must jointly put together the strongest team, based on certain established criteria. Here it is about talking together and choosing teams based on a specific task. Subsequently, all the teams must evaluate each other and choose the strongest team.

The entire scenario is accompanied by energetic music and ends with an active exercise that gets the heart rate up. The concept can be used as a kickoff to a professional program or as an entertaining staff event where everyone gets to know each other better.

Out of the box

BLIV MESTER I HJERNEDRILLERIER PÅ HØJT PLAN

Out of the box is brain teasing at a high level, where even the sharpest are challenged. Imagine a scenario where it's all about being the best at thinking outside the box and at the same time keeping focus on time, which is constantly counting down.

The tasks are solved in small teams which must rotate between 6-8 stations with small brain exercises in boxes. Participants are given 3 minutes at each station, after which they must switch to the next one until they have succeeded in solving a task. When successful, the task is removed and replaced with a new one. The box is then placed on a board next to the team that has solved it. The team with the most boxes at the end wins overall. When a team succeeds in the task, it must be rotated immediately.

The course is intense and highly motivating, as you have to think creatively to achieve the tasks within the time limit. The concept is well suited as a break activity after a long day.

Head 2 Head

Exciting battle between sharp minds.

When giants meet, the contest is almost always decided by cunning cunning or a clear strategy.

In direct competition against each other, two teams must therefore compete against each other in a series of small competitions, all of which are based on making the right move at the right time, cheating the opponent without them noticing, or having a clear strategy that can decide the end game .

In practice, each team in turn sends a participant into the game, which takes place in the middle of the room, where everyone can see what is going on. Here, the sharp minds must compete against each other in predominantly tactical games that require quick decisions and active actions.

The joust is effective as a warm-up for a meeting or seminar where the participants have to use their heads.

Speed Bonding

FUN AND EFFECTIVE BUILDING OF NEW RELATIONSHIPS

Get to know each other quickly and get behind the facade and get to know your colleagues better.

Speed Bonding is composed based on an objective that the participants must get to know each other better as much as possible in a short time. The starting point is a setup where the participants rotate between 6 different stations. At each station, an exercise is carried out, which in 6 different ways helps to expand the participants' knowledge of each other. The focus is that it should be fun and educational at the same time.

EGOGRAM:
The participants must illustrate themselves by making a creative board with finger paint. The exercise gives a good picture of how they each see themselves.

THE LINE UP:
Based on a series of entertaining questions, the participants must line up. The questions give the participants some basic facts about each other.

BEST BUDDY:
All participants must find the person who has the most similarities with themselves, including common interests, life history and background.

WORK SMARTER:
The participants must jointly solve some tasks that seem difficult or impossible to solve. It therefore requires thinking outside the box.

TRUTH OR DARE:
The participants must study each other's reaction to a number of different statements and from there determine whether it is true or false information.

THE PITCH:
Independent task where the participants have to make an "elevator speech" based on a series of statements. The speech is aimed at future conversations with colleagues.

Art Booster

STRENGTHEN CREATIVITY WITH AN ARTISTIC INJECTION

Creativity in the workplace creates energy, opens up dialogue and is the key to innovation.

Art Booster is a creative injection of salt water and a strong initiative when you want to give employees a completely unique experience and at the same time strengthen their ability to think, and communicate, outside the box for the joy and benefit of all of you.

The event starts with an introduction to the role of creativity in everyday life and a small artistic icebreaker that is guaranteed to get everyone involved.

Together we will then take a tour of the creative mind with a visual brainstorm that will convince even the worst artist that everyone has the ability to think creatively. The result is a series of drawings that very clearly show all the different points of view that you bring together in your work on a daily basis.

When the hands are warmed up and the heads are set correctly, we give creativity full throttle with paint and brush. In smaller groups, the participants paint together what they think makes your company special.

The result will be a lot of employee-created works of art, which give rise to reflection and dialogue regardless of form and appearance.

The event ends with a vernissage, where the participants vote to choose the work of art that prompts the most reflection.

Boxcar Grand Prix

Innovation turns into race, raw power and results

When was the last time you built a soapbox car? Complete a unique staff event where it's all about building the best, best looking and most well thought out soapbox car and then winning the Boxcar Grand Prix.

Innovation and the right composition of the hands are essential when the participants have to design, construct and test the best soapbox car.

Participants are given a kit of materials, including some prefabricated items such as steering gear and bodywork. But it is the teams' task to build a well-functioning soapbox car themselves.

Each team must design their own vehicle based on the materials provided. The design phase includes i.a. a sketch of the car, overview of material consumption and a construction plan. After approval of the car's design, the construction phase begins, where the car must be built according to own sketches and the selected materials. Each team must of course ensure that their car has the right appearance as a winning car! When the teams have tested their vehicles, we run a real Grand Prix, where the teams must show that together they can win the race with all that entails from Pitstops, penalty points and endurance.

There is competition in a number of different disciplines at the same time and the whole event ends with the awarding of the winning team in Best Design, Best Construction, Best Team and of course the fastest car in the Boxcar Grand Prix.

Create Workshop

CREATIVITY, SUSTAINABILITY & RECYCLING DESIGN

It has always been in man's DNA to be creative. In the beginning, it was even crucial for our survival that we could think new and differently. Later it became an important part of our development to where we are today.

But not everyone utilizes their creative abilities on a daily basis and may find it difficult to discover them.

We would like to challenge you a little on this. Through this creative workshop, we set up some small creative tasks with a focus on recycling, the environment and sustainability. We let you unleash those creative abilities, regardless of whether they are sharp or not.

The workshop is based on some pre-selected do-it-yourself themes that are current right now.

You yourself choose 2 themes which are most interesting for your group.

The themes that you can choose from are the following:

  • Cut-out printing Cut a template that you can print with
  • Mosaic pictures Put together a picture of broken elements
  • My Totem Make your own guardian spirit or lucky charm
  • Sculpting Model a mini sculpture
  • Felting Make small designs with wool

We begin the workshop by gathering inspiration and talking about the possibilities with the available materials, the majority of which are included in a reusable cycle.

After this, we go through the actual craftsmanship and the tools that you have available. Next, it's time to work independently or in small groups with your designs.

Expect a high degree of fun and immersion and of course lots of creative works that can easily stand up to being shown to others.
