HARMONY IN BODY AND MIND
Create better harmony between body and mind through physical exercises, where the focus is on strengthening the weak areas of the body.
The exercises are about stretching and relaxing the muscles and increasing the strength of the weak ones. Therefore, be ready to train body positions where both small and large muscles throughout the body are activated. The work will reach right down to the smallest muscles in the toes and fingers.
At the same time, we sharpen attention to the body's signals and come to touch some of the physical limitations, in order to allow the body to return to its normal state. Now simply with a restorative feeling of well-being in all muscles, tendons and mind.
During the exercises, you will also work with breathing technique, mental focus and, not least, a better knowledge of your own condition.
We finish with relaxation exercises for both body and mind, so we can return to a state where we are ready to handle the rest of the day.
