Both as a team and as individuals, we can often reach much further than we think, but how do you find out how far you can go and then become even better. Sub Mental is the course where we work with simple techniques for increased self-awareness and find better utilization of the personal potential that we all possess.
The course is based on the fact that we must become better at developing already existing personal qualities through mental training, where the focus is on handling stress, personal barriers and motivation to create change.
Initially, the participants will test themselves and, not least, show that they can hold their breath for as long as possible. It requires focus and persistence to refrain from breathing for a longer period than the normal breathing reflex. Precisely this rather vital element in our lives, can quickly stress and pressure any person, but is also one of the main ingredients in a stronger mental state.
We then focus on a stronger mental state, where breathing, physical control and willpower become a fixed part of the process that will bring us to the final test which takes place in water.
The test in the water is based on freediving techniques, where it is about improving your own physical ability by quietly creating the best possible mental state, where you can handle the stress that arises and overcome both physical and psychological barriers.
The structure and content of the course is designed so that everyone can take part, provided that you do not suffer from breathing problems, heart disease or severe obesity.
