CULTURE AND ROLES ARE THE WAY TO NEW RELATIONSHIPS

We all play a role at work, just as we have a role at home and with friends. The way we play the roles and the relationships we have with each other is decisive for whether we reach our goals and realize our dreams.

Roles & Relationships is the course where we direct attention to which roles we each have on the team and the relationships we have with each other.

Initially, each individual participant must introduce himself to the others in the group via an EgoGram, which is a creatively designed board, where the participants, based on some headings, must give a picture of their own personality.

The participants are then introduced to the role types in the team development model The Successful Team™, which consists of 5 roles that are all based on the behavior patterns that we all attribute to ourselves. The roles are determined based on our actions, behaviour, stress management and resources. This part of the course will give the participants an insight into how the personal roles have an influence on the collaboration and the differences that can create gaps across departments.

We then challenge the participants' perception of a team and provide insight into the factors that affect our ability to create something together; and not least to contribute to the common experience of success. We will work with elements such as taking personal responsibility, being open and honest and creating win-win situations where we all think it's cool to be involved.

The final part of the course includes 3 practical exercises focusing on self-confidence, trust and cooperation. After this, we gather and reflect on the day's events.
