Give the energy level a boost with a fun and physical program in nature, where we use the existing elements to get the heart rate up.

Outdoor Fitness is built around a number of different physical activities which have in common that they take place under the open sky and utilize the opportunities that nature provides. We thus test your physical ability through some distinctive forms of exercise.

The program begins with a joint warm-up, after which we start a small off-road race with a lot of natural obstacles. Along the way, we will stop and carry out some small exercises so that all the muscles in the body are put to work

The structure is organized so that everyone can participate, as long as you are in normal physical shape. It is thus possible to even take breaks along the way if the physics require it.

The exercises vary in design, but will make demands on both balance, flexibility and strength. The focus is on it being fun, challenging and providing really good exercise.

The activity can be advantageously carried out as a prelude to an effective course day or as a motivating end to a professional meeting.
