The prerequisite for a successful collaboration is that the team knows each other well. It is therefore crucial that you get to know each other better in conditions where the personal qualities are visibly highlighted.

Connect Teambuilding is the course where we test the participants' abilities to work together as a team, through a series of tasks that make demands on both the individual's and the team's abilities to communicate, create trust and cooperation.

All tasks are based on a common challenge, where the team's success depends on how well they plan and utilize each other's skills.

The content is concentrated around construction tasks, communication and coordination exercises as well as courses of action. For each task, the team must determine a common goal and prepare a plan for implementation, which subsequently forms the starting point for a joint evaluation of the process. The team's efforts are measured based on a number of agreed criteria and converted into points, which gives them a good starting point to improve their efforts along the way.

The entire course is organized so that everyone can participate regardless of gender, age and physical condition. The exercises take place both on land, on water and in the air – and the participants' abilities to succeed in the individual task will be continuously evaluated with the team.
