AN EXERCISE IN FOCUS AND CONCENTRATION

In the Middle Ages, it was one of the weapons of choice, which was reliable over long distances, and even with a modern version, it still requires focus and concentration when shooting at a target with a bow and arrow.

We carry out the well-known competition discipline, where the participants have to shoot at the target with a recurve bow, which requires both strength and concentration to produce results.

The participants are first instructed in the technique behind and are allowed to shoot some test shots before we start the competition to put the most arrows, as close to the center of the target as possible.

The participants will take turns shooting and along the way we will give good advice on shooting position, aim and utilization of the bow's power.

Everyone can participate and we also have the opportunity to build the competition around current focus areas, such as clear objectives, cooperation, trust, etc.
